Hadith 3429
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ ، عَنْ يَحِيَى الْقَطَّانِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا كُتِبَ لَهُ مِثْلَ أَجْرِهِ ، لا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ شَيْءٌ " .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates this statement of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever provides iftar to a fasting person, he will receive a reward like that of the fasting person, and there will be no decrease in the reward of the fasting person."
