Hadith 3278
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ التَّمَّارِ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أُسَيْدٍ ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ عَلَى النَّاسِ مَنْ يَخْرِصُ كُرُومَهُمْ وَثِمَارَهُمْ " .
Sayyiduna ‘Attab bin Asid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to send someone to the people who would estimate their fruits and produce.
