Hadith 3277
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفِيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا سُفِيَانُ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحِيَى بْنِ حِبَّانَ ، عَنْ يَحِيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَيْسَ فِي حَبٍّ وَلا تَمْرٍ دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Zakat is not obligatory on grain and dates less than five wasq. Zakat is not obligatory on camels less than five. Zakat is not obligatory on (silver) less than five uqiyah."
