Hadith 3133
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ الْكَافِرَ لِيَزْدَادَ عَذَابًا بِبَعْضِ بُكَاءِ أَهْلِهِ عَلَيْهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) regarding the statement of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): "The punishment of a disbeliever is increased because of the weeping of his family over him."
Hadith 3134
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَرُوبَةَ بِخَبَرٍ غَرِيبٍ بِحَرَّانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ يُعَذَّبُ بِبُكَاءِ الْحَيِّ " ، فَقُلْتُ لِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ مَنْ قَالَهُ ؟ قَالَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
Muhammad bin Sirin narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The deceased is punished because of the weeping of the living person." The narrator says: I asked Muhammad bin Sirin: Who has narrated this hadith? He replied: Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) has narrated it from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
