Hadith 3085
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْعَدَوِيُّ أَبُو ذَرٍ بِبُخَارَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُهَيْلٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، وَذَكَرَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ ، آخَرُ مَعَهُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرٍ بَعْدَمَا دُفِنَ " ، قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو ذَرٍّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، وَابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ وَأَنَا أَهَابُهُ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) offered the funeral prayer at the grave after the deceased had been buried. (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:): The narrator named Abu Dharr has transmitted this narration from Sufyan and Ibn Jurayj, from Shaybani, and I am apprehensive about transmitting this narration with this chain.
