Hadith 3011
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى الْقَطَّانِ ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ فَرَأَى ابْنًا لَهُ يَرْشَحُ جَبِينُهُ ، فَقَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " يَمُوتُ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِعَرَقِ الْجَبِينِ " .
Abdullah bin Burairah narrates from his father: He entered (the house) and saw his son that (near death) sweat was bursting from his forehead, so he said: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) say this: The death of a believer occurs with sweat on the forehead.
