Hadith 2929
أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَوَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنِ الْعَوَّامِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّكْسَكِيِّ ، وَعَنْ مِسْعَرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّكْسَكِيَّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا سَافَرَ ابْنُ آدَمَ أَوْ مَرِضَ ، كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مِنَ الأَجْرِ مِثْلَ مَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ وَهُوَ مُقِيمٌ صَحِيحٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person travels or falls ill, Allah Almighty records for him the same reward as he used to receive for the deeds he performed while residing at home and in good health."
