Hadith 2926
It is narrated about Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him). He submitted: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! How can there be any goodness after this verse? (The command of Allah, the Exalted, is:) "Whoever does evil will be recompensed for it." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Abu Bakr! May Allah have mercy on you, do you not fall ill? Do you not suffer pain? Do you not face troubles? These are the things for which you will be recompensed. (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) The father of the narrator Abu Bakr bin Abu Zuhair is a Companion.
