Hadith 2694
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الأَسْلَمِيَّ ، حَدَّثَهُ ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَمْزَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَلَى ظَهْرِ كُلِّ بَعِيرٍ شَيْطَانٌ ، فَإِذَا رَكِبْتُمُوهَا فَسَمُّوا اللَّهَ ، وَلا تَقْصُرُوا عَنْ حَاجَاتِكُمْ " .
Sayyiduna Hamzah bin Amr Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is a devil on the back of every camel. When you ride it, mention the name of Allah and do not be negligent regarding your need."
