Hadith 2613
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ : كَيْفَ كَانَتْ صَلاةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي رَمَضَانَ ؟ فَقَالَتْ : " مَا كَانَ يَزِيدُ فِي رَمَضَانَ ، وَلا فِي غَيْرِهِ ، عَلَى إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً " .
Sayyiduna Abu Salamah bin Abdur Rahman narrates: He asked Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "How was the voluntary prayer of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in Ramadan?" Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) replied: The Prophet (peace be upon him) would not pray more than eleven rak'ahs in Ramadan or outside of Ramadan.
