Section on Duha prayer – mentioning that Allah records charity for the one who prays Duha
Hadith 2540
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فِي الإِنْسَانِ ثَلاثُ مِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ مَفْصِلا ، عَلَى كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ صَدَقَةٌ " ، قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، فَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ : " تُنَحِّي الأَذَى ، وَإِلا فَرَكْعَتَيِ الضُّحَى " .
Abdullah bin Buraidah narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "There are three hundred and sixty (360) joints in a human being, and charity is due on each joint." We asked: "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Who has the ability to do that?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: "Remove something harmful from the path, or else perform two rak'ahs at the time of Duha (forenoon)."
