Hadith 2379
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا وَضَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِثْلُ مُؤْخِرَةِ الرَّحْلِ ، فَلْيُصَلِّ ، وَلا يُبَالِي مَنْ مَرَّ وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ " .
Musa bin Talha narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "When a person places something in front of him equal to the back part of a saddle, then he should perform the prayer and should not worry about who passes on the other side of that (sutrah)."
