Hadith 2081
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : أَصَابَنَا مَطَرٍ بِحُنَيْنٍ ، فَنَادَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنْ صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ " .
Abu Malih narrates from his father that at Hunain, rain overtook us, so a proclaimer from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) made this announcement: "You people should offer the prayer at your place of residence."
