Hadith 2066
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِذَا قُرِّبَ الْعَشَاءُ وَحَضَرَتِ الصَّلاةُ ، فَابْدَءُوا بِهِ قَبْلَ صَلاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ ، وَلا تَعْجَلُوا عَنْ عَشَائِكُمْ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When dinner is served and the time for prayer arrives, then eat the food before the Maghrib prayer, and do not rush while eating."
