Hadith 1926
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اعْتَدِلُوا فِي السُّجُودِ ، وَلا يَفْتَرِشْ أَحَدُكُمْ ذِرَاعَيْهِ افْتِرَاشَ الْكَلْبِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Maintain moderation during prostration, and none of you should spread his forearms the way a dog spreads them."
Hadith 1927
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " اعْتَدِلُوا فِي السُّجُودِ ، وَلا يَكُونُ أَحَدُكُمْ بَاسِطَ ذِرَاعَيْهِ كَالْكَلْبِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Maintain moderation during prostration, and no one should spread his forearms like a dog."
