1 hadith
Hadith 1905
Sayyiduna Abu Sa‘id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would finish reciting «سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ», then he would recite this: “O our Lord! All praise is exclusively for You, as much as would fill the heavens, as much as would fill the earth, and as much as would fill whatever else You will after that. You are most deserving of praise and greatness. The statement most deserving of truth is what a servant has said. We are all Your servants (this servant has said this:) Whomever You grant, none can withhold from him, and whomever You do not grant, none can give to him, and the status of any person of status does not benefit him against Your will.”
