Section on Prohibited Times - Report that might seem to contradict previous reports to some scholars.
Hadith 1570
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ ، وَمَسْرُوقٍ ، قَالا : نَشْهَدُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : " مَا مِنْ يَوْمٍ يَأْتِي عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلا صَلَّى بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ " .
Aswad and Masruq narrate: We testify regarding Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and state this: She said: Whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would come to me, he would perform two rak'ahs after Asr.
