Hadith 1427
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَتَى سُبَاطَةَ قَوْمٍ ، فَبَالَ قَائِمًا ، فَدَنَوْتُ مِنْهُ حَتَّى صِرْتُ عِنْدَ عَقِبِهِ وَصَبَبْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ ، فَتَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفِيهِ " .
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) came to a garbage heap and urinated while standing. I came close to him until I stood behind him. I poured water for him, so he performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks.
