Hadith 1386
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Some Bedouins from the tribe of ‘Uraina came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The climate of Madinah did not suit them, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed them to drink the milk and urine of camels. They drank it and became healthy. Then they killed the shepherd of the camels and drove the camels away. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent people in search of them. They were caught and brought back. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had their hands and feet cut off and had hot iron rods passed over their eyes. The narrator named Abdul Malik asked Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): Was this done because of their disbelief or because of their sin (murder)? Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: Because of their disbelief.
