Hadith 1377
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ مُصَحِّحٍ الْعَسْقَلانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ مُسْلَمْ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، وَعَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ ، وَكِلاهُمَا ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى وَبِيصِ الْمِسْكِ فِي مَفْرِقِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُلَبِّي " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The sight of the shine of musk in the parting of the hair of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is as if still before my eyes. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was reciting the Talbiyah at that time (i.e., he was in the state of Ihram).
