Chapter on Rules for the Junub – Report indicating that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did this act more than once
Hadith 1207
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " كَانَ يَطُوفُ عَلَى جَمِيعِ نِسَائِهِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ، ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ غُسْلا وَاحِدًا .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) would visit all his wives in a single night, then he would perform ghusl (ritual bath) only once.
