Hadith 1105
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا أَمَرَ عَمَّارًا أَنْ يَسْأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمَذْيِ ، فَقَالَ : " يَغْسِلُ مَذَاكِيرَهُ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ " .
Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) instructed Sayyiduna Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) to ask the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) about madhi (pre-seminal fluid), so the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: That person should wash his private part and perform ablution.
