Hadith 918
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حِسَابٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ الْعَنَزِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً قَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، صَلِّ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى زَوْجِي ، فَقَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكِ وَعَلَى زَوْجِكِ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A woman submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! Pray for mercy for me and my husband." So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "May Allah send mercy upon you and your husband."
