Chapter on Recitation of the Quran – Explaining that in Arabic, actions are attributed to the action itself as to the doer, and the command is the same
Hadith 792
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا حَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ أَشْرَسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنَّ رَجُلا ، قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي أُحِبُّ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ سورة الإخلاص آية 1 ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " حُبُّكَ إِيَّاهَا أَدْخَلَكَ الْجَنَّةَ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! I love Surah Al-Ikhlas." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Your love for it will admit you into Paradise."
