Hadith 689
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَزِيرُ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ : كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ سورة الرحمن آية 29 ، قَالَ : " مِنْ شَأْنِهِ أَنْ يَغْفِرَ ذَنْبًا ، وَيُفَرِّجَ كَرْبًا ، وَيَرْفَعُ قَوْمًا ، وَيَضَعُ آخَرِينَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) explained about the statement of Allah the Exalted. (The command of Allah the Exalted is:) "Every day He is upon some affair." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Among His affairs is that He forgives sins, removes distress, grants honor to one nation, and humiliates others.
