Hadith 673
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هَانِئٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيَّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " فِرَاشٌ لِلرَّجُلِ ، وَفِرَاشٌ لامْرَأَتِهِ ، وَالثَّالِثُ لِلضَّيْفِ ، وَالرَّابِعُ لِلشَّيْطَانِ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "One bed is for the man, one for his wife, the third is for the guest, and the fourth is for the devil."
