Abu Nazr reports: When Sayyiduna Uthman bin Maz'oon (may Allah be pleased with him) was buried, Umm al-Ala said: O Abu Sa’ib! You have made your abode in Paradise. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) heard her say this, he said: Who is this woman? She replied: O Messenger of Allah! It is I. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked: What do you mean? She said: O Messenger of Allah! (I mean) Sayyiduna Uthman bin Maz'oon (may Allah be pleased with him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Yes, Uthman bin Maz'oon, we know only good about him, but I am the Messenger of Allah, yet by Allah! I do not know what will be done with me.
Amr says that the narrator named Abu Nasr heard this narration from Kharijah bin Zaid, from his father.

Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I am warning you about Hell, I am warning you about Hell, I am warning you about Hell.” (Sayyiduna Nu’man, may Allah be pleased with him, states) If the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) were in my place—Sayyiduna Nu’man (may Allah be pleased with him) was in Kufa at that time—even the people of the market would have heard this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), to the extent that the cloak on his shoulder fell down to his feet.
