Hadith 603
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ قَاعِدًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَطَسَ رَجُلٌ ، فقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ " ثُمَّ عَطَسَ أُخْرَى ، فقَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الرَّجُلُ مَزْكُومٌ " .
Iyas bin Salamah bin Akwa narrates: My father narrated this hadith to me. Once I was sitting with the Prophet (peace be upon him). A man sneezed, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "May Allah have mercy on you." Then he sneezed a second time, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "This man has a cold."
