Hadith 562
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ بِحَرَّانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَجَلِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَسَّالٍ الْمُرَادِيِّ ، أَنَّ رَجُلا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فقَالَ : يَا مُحَمَّدُ بِصَوْتٍ لَهُ جَهْوَرِيٍّ ، فَقُلْنَا : وَيْلَكَ اخْفِضْ مِنْ صَوْتِكَ ، فَإِنَّكَ قَدْ نُهِيتَ عَنْ هَذَا ، قَالَ : لا وَاللَّهِ حَتَّى أَسْمَعَهُ ، فقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ : " هَاؤُمُ " ، فقَالَ : أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلا أَحَبَّ قَوْمًا ، وَلَمَّا يَلْحَقْ بِهِمْ ؟ قَالَ : " ذَلِكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ " قَوْلُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " هَاؤُمُ " أَرَادَ بِهِ رَفَعَ الصَّوْتِ فَوْقَ صَوْتِ الأَعْرَابِيِّ ، لِئَلا يَأْثَمَ الأَعْرَابِيُّ بِرَفْعِ صَوْتِهِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَهُ الشَّيْخُ .
Sayyiduna Safwan bin Assal Muradi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man came to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He addressed you in a loud voice and said: O Muhammad (peace be upon him)! We said: Woe to you! Lower your voice, because you have been forbidden from this. He replied: No, by Allah! I will not lower my voice until I make him hear (what I have to say). The Prophet (peace be upon him) gestured to him with his blessed hand to come forward. The man said: What is your opinion about a person who loves a people but is not able to join them? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: He will be with those whom he loves.
The words of the narration "Haum" mean that this word was said in a voice louder than that of the Bedouin, so that the Bedouin would not be sinful for raising his voice above the voice of the Prophet (peace be upon him). This has been narrated from the Shaykh.
