Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There are three people whose guarantee is upon Allah Almighty: if they remain alive, they will be provided sustenance and their needs will be fulfilled, and if they die, Allah Almighty will admit them into Paradise. Whoever enters his house and greets (with Salam), that person is under the guarantee of Allah Almighty; and whoever goes out towards the mosque, he is under the guarantee of Allah Almighty; and whoever goes out in the path of Allah (for jihad), he is under the guarantee of Allah Almighty."
Imam Ibn Hibban (may Allah have mercy on him) says: Muhammad bin Mu’afi did not eat anything from the pure things of the world for eighteen years; at the time of breaking the fast, he used to drink broth, etc.
