باب الرحمة - ذكر ما يستحب للمرء استعمال التعطف على صغار أولاد آدم
Chapter on Mercy – It is recommended to show kindness to the young among the children of Adam.
Hadith 459
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَوْلَى ثَقِيفٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَزُورُ الأَنْصَارَ ، وَيُسَلِّمُ عَلَى صِبْيَانِهِمْ ، وَيَمْسَحُ رُءُوسَهُمْ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) used to go to meet the Ansar. He would greet their children with salam and would place his hand on their heads.
