Chapter on Acts of Obedience and Their Rewards – It is recommended to be consistent in performing acts of obedience.
Hadith 322
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ عَمَلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَتْ : " كَانَ عَمَلُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دِيمَةً " .
Alqamah narrates: I asked Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): so she replied: The practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to be regular.
