باب الصدق والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر - ذكر إعطاء الله جل وعلا الآمر بالمعروف ثواب العامل به من غير أن ينقص من أجره شيء-
Chapter: Truthfulness, Commanding Good, and Forbidding Evil – Allah grants the reward of the doer to the one who commands good, without reducing the doer’s reward
Hadith 289
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيَّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَى رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهُ ، فَقَالَ : " مَا عِنْدِي مَا أُعْطِيكَ ، لَكِنِ ائْتِ فُلانًا " ، قَالَ : فَأَتَى الرَّجُلَ ، فَأَعْطَاهُ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ دَلَّ عَلَى خَيْرٍ فَلَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ فَاعِلِهِ أَوْ عَامِلِهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He asked you for help, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I do not have anything that I can give you, go to such-and-such person.” (The narrator says) He went to that person and he gave him a gift. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever guides towards goodness, then for him is a reward like that of the one who acts upon it (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps these are the words) like the one who acts upon it.”
