باب ما جاء في صفات المؤمنين - ذكر البيان بأن نفي الإيمان عمن لا يحب لأخيه ما يحب لنفسه إنما هو نفي حقيقة الإيمان لا الإيمان نفسه-
Chapter: Qualities of the Believers – Clarification that denying faith for not loving for one’s brother what one loves for oneself is denial of true faith, not faith itself
Hadith 235
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي سَمِينَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَبْلُغُ عَبْدٌ حَقِيقَةَ الإِيمَانِ حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لِلنَّاسِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "A servant cannot attain the reality of faith until he likes for people that goodness which he likes for himself."
