باب فرض الإيمان - ذكر البيان بأن الله جل وعلا بتفضله لا يدخل النار من كان في قلبه أدنى شعبة من شعب الإيمان على سبيل الخلود-
Chapter: Obligation of Faith – Clarification that by His grace, Allah does not admit to Hell forever anyone with the smallest branch of faith
Hadith 224
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيَمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ أَحَدٌ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ حَبَّةِ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ كِبْرٍ ، وَلا يَدْخُلُ النَّارَ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ حَبَّةُ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ إِيمَانٍ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No person will enter Paradise who has even a mustard seed's weight of arrogance in his heart, and no person will enter Hell who has even a mustard seed's weight of faith in his heart."
