ذكر الخبر الدال على إباحة اعتراض المتعلم على العالم فيما يعلمه من العلم-
Permissibility for a student to question the scholar about what he knows
Hadith 108
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ خَلِيلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ الِلَّهِ عَنْهُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، نَعْمَلُ فِي شَيْءٍ نَأْتَنِفُهُ ، أَمْ فِي شَيْءٍ قَدْ فُرِغَ مِنْهُ ؟ قَالَ : " بَلْ فِي شَيْءٍ قَدْ فُرِغَ مِنْهُ " ، قَالَ : فَفِيمَ الْعَمَلُ ؟ قَالَ : " يَا عُمَرُ ، لا يُدْرَكُ ذَاكَ إِلا بِالْعَمَلِ " ، قَالَ : نَجْتَهِدُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) submitted: O Messenger of Allah! The actions that we do, are they created (anew), or are they in a form that has already been decreed? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: They are in a form that has already been decreed. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) submitted: Then what is the reason for acting? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Umar! One can only reach that outcome through action. He submitted: O Messenger of Allah! Then we will act with diligence.
