ذكر الخبر الدال على إباحة إعفاء المسؤول عن العلم عن إجابة السائل على الفور-
Permissibility for a scholar to delay answering a question immediately
Hadith 104
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ ، عَنْ هِلالِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيرَةَ ، قَالَ : بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحَدِّثُ الْقَوْمَ ، جَاءَهُ أَعْرَابِيٌّ ، فَقَالَ : مَتَى السَّاعَةُ ؟ فَمَضَى صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحَدِّثُ ، فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ : سَمِعَ مَا قَالَ ، وَكَرِهَ مَا قَالَ ، وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ : بَلْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ ، حَتَّى قَضَى حَدِيثَهُ ، قَالَ : " أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ ؟ " قَالَ : هَا أَنَا ذَا ، قَالَ : " ضُيِّعَتِ الأَمَانَةُ ، فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ " ، قَالَ : فَمَا إِضَاعَتُهَا ؟ قَالَ : " إِذِ اشْتَدَّ الأَمْرُ ، فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Once the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was talking with the people. A Bedouin came to him and asked: "When will the Hour (Day of Judgment) come?" The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) continued his conversation. Some of those present thought that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had heard what the Bedouin said and disliked his question. Others thought that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had not heard what he said. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) finished his conversation, he asked: "Where is the one who was asking about the Hour?" He replied: "I am here." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When trust is lost, then await the Hour." He asked: "What does it mean for it to be lost?" The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When authority is given to those who are not qualified, then await the Hour."
