ذكر بسط الملائكة أجنحتها لطلبة العلم رضا بصنيعهم ذلك-
Angels spreading their wings for seekers of knowledge in approval of their pursuit.
Hadith 85
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ زِرٍّ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ عَسَّالٍ الْمُرَادِيَّ ، قَالَ : مَا جَاءَ بِكَ ؟ قَالَ : جِئْتُ أَنْبِطُ الْعِلْمَ ، قَالَ : فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " مَا مِنْ خَارِجٍ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ يَطْلُبُ الْعِلْمَ ، إِلا وَضَعَتْ لَهُ الْمَلائِكَةُ أَجْنِحَتَهَا ، رِضًا بِمَا يَصْنَعُ " .
Zirr narrates: I went to the service of Sayyiduna Safwan bin Assal Muradi (may Allah be pleased with him), and he inquired: Why have you come? So Zirr replied: I have come to seek knowledge. Then Sayyiduna Safwan (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever leaves his house to seek knowledge, the angels, being pleased with his action, spread their wings for him."
