المقدمةIntroduction
باب الاعتصام بالسنة وما يتعلق بها نقلا وأمرا وزجرا - ذكر الزجر عن أن يحدث المرء في أمور المسلمين ما لم يأذن به الله ولا رسوله-
Chapter: Holding fast to the Sunnah – Warning against introducing matters into Islam without Allah’s or the Prophet’s permission.
Hadith 26
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيَمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ رَجُلا أَوْصَى بِوَصَايَا أَبَّرَهَا فِي مَالِهِ ، فَذَهَبْتُ إِلَى الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَسْتَشِيرُهُ ، فَقَالَ الْقَاسِمُ سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ ، تَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ ، فَهُوَ رَدٌّ " .
Ibrahim bin Sa’d narrates from his father: A man, while making a will, showed preferential treatment regarding his wealth to someone. So I went to Qasim bin Muhammad to consult him about this matter. Qasim informed me: I heard Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrate that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: "Whoever introduces into this matter of ours (i.e., the religion) something which does not belong to it, it will be rejected."
