المقدمةIntroduction
باب الاعتصام بالسنة وما يتعلق بها نقلا وأمرا وزجرا - ذكر الخبر المصرح بأن سنن المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم كلها عن الله لا من تلقاء نفسه-
Chapter: Holding fast to the Sunnah – Explicit narration that all of the Prophet’s Sunnah is from Allah, not his own invention.
Hadith 12
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْكَلاعِيُّ بِحِمْصَ ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمَذْحِجِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ رُؤْبَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَوْفٍ ، عَنِ الْمِقَدْامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يكَرِبَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " إِنِّي أُوتِيتُ الْكِتَابَ وَمَا يَعْدِلُهُ ، يُوشِكُ شَبْعَانٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ أَنْ يَقُولَ : بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ هَذَا الْكِتَابُ ، فَمَا كَانَ فِيهِ مِنْ حَلالٍ أَحْلَلْنَاهُ ، وَمَا كَانَ فِيهِ مِنْ حَرَامٍ حَرَّمْنَاهُ ، أَلا وَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ كَذَلِكَ " .
Sayyiduna Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I have been given the Book and that which is equal to it along with it. Soon there will come a time when a satiated man, reclining on his cushion, will say: ‘Between me and you is this Book (i.e., the Noble Qur’an); whatever is declared lawful in it, we will declare lawful, and whatever is declared unlawful in it, we will declare unlawful.’ (The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:) Beware, it is not so.”
Hadith 13
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَهُمْ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيُّ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا أَعْرِفَنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَأْتِيهِ الأَمْرُ مِنْ أَمْرِي ، إِمَّا أَمَرْتُ بِهِ ، وَإِمَّا نَهِيَتُ عَنْهُ ، فَيَقُولُ : مَا نَدْرِي مَا هَذَا ، عِنْدَنَا كِتَابُ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ هَذَا فِيهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I should not find anyone to whom any of my commands reaches—something I have ordered to be done, or something I have forbidden—and that person says: ‘We do not know what this is. We have Allah’s Book with us. This command is not in it.’”
