Hadith 91

أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنُ مُجَاشِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْقَيْسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " خَيْرُكُمْ أَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلاقًا ، فَقُهُوا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates: I heard Sayyiduna Abu al-Qasim, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "The best among you are those whose character is the best, while they also acquire understanding of the religion."
