Hadith 895

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى بِخَبَرٍ غَرِيبٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا قَطَنُ بْنُ نَسِيرٍ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لِيَسْأَلْ أَحَدُكُمْ رَبَّهُ حَاجَتَهُ كُلَّهَا ، حَتَّى شِسْعَ نَعْلِهِ إِذَا انْقَطَعَ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Each one of you should ask your Lord for your needs, even if the strap of your sandal breaks, he should ask Allah Almighty for it."
