Hadith 7380

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْقَطَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ مَرْوَانَ الرَّقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَرَأَيْتَ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلا : يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ الأَرْضُ غَيْرَ الأَرْضِ وَالسَّمَوَاتُ وَبَرَزُوا لِلَّهِ الْوَاحِدِ الْقَهَّارِ أَيْنَ يَكُونُ النَّاسُ يَوْمَئِذٍ ؟ قَالَ : " عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! What is your opinion about this statement of Allah: 'On the Day when the earth will be changed to another earth, and the heavens (as well), and all people will appear before Allah, the One, the Irresistible.' So where will the people be at that time?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "They will be on the Bridge of Sirat."
