Hadith 7364

أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ الصُّوفِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ زَبْرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الضَّحَّاكَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأَشْعَرِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَوَّلُ مَا يُقَالُ لِلْعَبْدِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ : أَلَمْ أُصَحِّحْ جِسْمَكَ ، وَأَرْوِيَكَ مِنَ الْمَاءِ الْبَارِدِ ؟ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection, the servant will first be asked: Did I not make your body healthy? Did I not quench your thirst with cool water?"
