Hadith 7342

أَخْبَرَنَا السَّامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمَقَابِرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ الْغَادِرَ يُنْصَبُ لَهُ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، فَيُقَالُ : أَلا هَذِهِ غَدْرَةُ فُلانٍ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, narrates that the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, for the one who breaks a covenant, a flag will be set up for him on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said: This is the betrayal of so-and-so."
