Hadith 7315

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ : إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ عَذَابًا ، أَصَابَ الْعَذَابُ مَنْ كَانَ فِيهِمْ ، ثُمَّ بُعِثُوا عَلَى أَعْمَالِهِمْ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "When Allah Almighty sends punishment upon a people, that punishment reaches every person among them, but then they will be resurrected (on the Day of Judgment) according to their deeds."
