Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The pain of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) increased, and he had seven or perhaps nine dinars with him. He said: O Aisha! What did you do with that gold? I replied: It is with me. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Give it in charity. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Due to being busy, I could not do this. Then he asked: O Aisha! What did you do with that gold? I replied: It is with me. He said: Bring it to me. Lady Aisha says: I brought it, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) took it in his pouch and said: "What will be thought about Muhammad if he were to appear before Allah Almighty in such a state that this is with him? What will be thought about Muhammad (peace be upon him) if he were to appear before Allah Almighty in such a state that this is with him?"
