Hadith 7093

أَخْبَرَنَا ابن خزيمة ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " رَأَيْتُكِ فِي الْمَنَامِ مَرَّتَيْنِ إِذَا رَجُلٌ يَحْمِلُكِ فِي سَرَقَةِ حَرِيرٍ ، فَيَقُولُ : هَذِهِ امْرَأَتُكَ ، فَأَكْشِفُهَا ، فَإِذَا هِيَ أَنْتِ ، فَأَقُولُ : إِنْ يَكُ هَذَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ يُمْضِهِ " .
Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to me: I saw you twice in a dream. A man (i.e., an angel) brought you to me wrapped in a piece of silk and said: This is your wife. I uncovered the cloth and there you were. I said: If this is from Allah, then Allah will fulfill it.
