أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ أَبُو عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : أَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَمْسَحَ مُخَاطَ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : دَعْنِي حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَنَا الَّذِي أَفْعَلُهُ ، قَالَ : يَا عَائِشَةُ ، أَحِبِّيهِ ، فَإِِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ " .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to clean the nose of Sayyiduna Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with them). Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Allow me so that I may do it. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Aisha! Love him, for I love him.
