Hadith 7006

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " إِِذَا ذَبَحَ الشَّاةَ ، يَقُولُ : اذْهَبُوا بِذِي إِِلَى أَصْدِقَاءِ خَدِيجَةَ ، قَالَتْ : فَأَغْضَبْتُهُ يَوْمًا ، فَقَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِِنِّي رُزِقْتُ حُبَّهَا " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would slaughter a goat, he would say: Take some of it to the friends of Khadijah. Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: One day I expressed displeasure at this, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Her love has been given to me.
